Where Experience
Becomes Technology.
Beeyond was born from experience: nearly forty years of designing, building and operating municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants.
Sludge management is one of the key factors determining the efficiency and the operating cost of a plant. That is where we chose to look.
Beeyond was born
from experience.
For nearly forty years, Ecoimpianti Sud has been designing, building and operating municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants. Working every day on real plants, under real operating conditions, has built extensive know-how across the entire water cycle – from process engineering to operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Over the years, one challenge became increasingly clear: sludge management is one of the key factors determining the efficiency and operating cost of a wastewater treatment plant. This experience led us to look beyond conventional solutions.
We tested and operated several sludge dewatering technologies, comparing their performance directly in the field and identifying the solutions capable of delivering the best combination of efficiency, reliability, simplicity and operating cost.
This is where Beeyond comes from: a dedicated brand focused on advanced technologies for sludge and digestate treatment, combining field experience with carefully selected and optimized solutions.
Designed around
real plants.
Built around real operating needs. The BTECH Series® and the BW Series® are at the core of this approach: technologies chosen by people who operate treatment plants every day.
Not sure which one your sludge needs?

The plant around
the machine.
Behind Beeyond stands the full technical expertise of Ecoimpianti Sud. From the first evaluation to commissioning and after-sales support, we understand both the equipment and the plant around it.
Engineering
Process design and plant sizing, from the first evaluation.
Construction
Civil and mechanical works, electrical panels, piping, installation.
Revamping
Existing plants brought back into specification without rebuilding them.
Operation
Plants run day to day, with our people on site.
Maintenance
Scheduled and corrective, on our machines and on the plant around them.
Process optimization
Dosing, loads and running hours tuned on what the plant really does.
Sizing on data
Sludge type, concentration, kilos of dry solids an hour, hours a day. The answer is one model number and the reasoning behind it, not a range that covers everything and commits to nothing.
Machines that run alone
No filter medium to clog, no backwash line, no operator standing by with a hose. Both machines start on a timer, run through the night and get checked on your round rather than on a callout.
Parts and people after
Rings, seals and scrapers in stock. The engineer who sized the unit is the one who commissions it, trains your operator and picks up the phone two years later.
Honest sizing
If neither machine suits your sludge we say so, and you keep your money. A wrong machine costs us more in service than the order was worth.
Fewer moving parts
Every component we can leave out is one that cannot fail at three in the morning. Low speed, no spray bars, no filter media in the spares list.
Present after the sale
Commissioning, operator training and spares are part of the deal, not a line item added once the machine is on the floor.
